Executive Chef at Pirates Bight Bar & Restaurant
Born November 12, 1976, in Jamaica, the homeland of the great Bob Marley, Patrick attended Eworton High School and, after graduating, moved on to the Run Away Bay Hospitality School of Food Academy, where he studied basic food preparation. There, Patrick developed a real passion for the “art of good food.” Later, he attended the New England Culinary Institute.
Following graduation, Patrick worked at numerous restaurants, including: Simply Delicious, Treasure Isle Hotel, Spaghetti Junction, Margarita Vile, Coyaba and Park Lane Hotel, London, just to name a few. He was also a member of the BVI 2009 Culinary Team.
On November 4, 2012, Patrick took over as Executive Chef of Pirates Bight Bar and Restaurant. His inspirations often come from seeing nice fresh ingredients; as he likes to call his style of cooking: “Caribbean Fusion.” With his strong leadership, 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, and limitless culinary creativity, Patrick has helped to develop the high standard set for our cuisine and overall dining experience. It also doesn’t hurt to have the best staffing support around!
